Killer Garlic Bean Dip

Estimated prep and cook time: 1-1/2 Corona

2 cans of Black eyed Peas
2 Avocados
2 Tomatoes
2 Green Onions
1 Serrano Pepper or 2 if you like some kick
1 Bottle of Bernstein's Garlic Cheese Italian Dressing
Bag of Frito Scoops

What to do:
chop the avocado, tomatoes and green onions. Finely chop the pepper. Dump everything into a bowl, stir to mix ingredients, salt and pepper to taste. Can be eaten immediately,but if you let it sit for a couple of hours, it gives the ingredients a chance to mingle.

Use the Frito scoops to shovel into your head as fast as possible, it will not last very long.
